Welcome to The Bahrainguide Café - an online community that gives anyone living in or planning to visit Bahrain a place to meet, interact, and share ideas with each other. We'd like to keep the atmosphere in this café always pleasant and enjoyable, and with that aim, we have set out a few simple rules for community members to follow:

1. The Bahrainguide Café is a community oriented service. Our goal is to provide an interesting, informative place where everyone feels comfortable and welcome. Vulgar, obscene, abusive or hateful language, as well as the transmission of content which may constitute intimidating, hostile or offensive material on the basis of sex, race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, or disability is incompatible with this goal, and is prohibited.

2. Please use your best judgement, be respectful of other users, and help keep our online community a pleasant place to visit. Give everyone a full and fair opportunity to be heard. Harassment of any sort will not be tolerated, as it becomes grounds for account suspension/termination. If you find post to be objectionable, please contact the Site Administrator via e-mail at .

3. Political discussions will not be permitted this is the wrong forum for that. If you wish to voice a political opinion, write to the Gulf Daily News or the Bahrain Tribune.

4. You are free to post or reply to messages without registering. If you wish to use the 'Private Message' or 'Email' features, however, you do need to register by clicking the Register link at the top of this page. A person may register only one (1) account under his/her own name and unique e-mail address.

5. You may not use The Bahrainguide Café to advertise your own commercial products or products that you, yourself, promote for profit, solicit money or donations from other members, or conduct fundraising of any kind. If you wish to promote or advertise a product or service, contact the Site Administrator first.

6. Please post in the appropriate forum, we reserve the right to move, remove or modify any data submitted by you to these forums for any reason we feel constitutes a violation of our policies, whether stated, implied or not.

7. We reserve the right to terminate the membership of anyone who violates the above rules, with or without prior warning.

Above all, use common sense and good judgment while posting, and the Bahrainguide Café will be an enjoyable, instructive and fun place to be.
