Brought up in Ireland and Scotland, Tanya Lunn moved to New Zealand in 1985, where she worked as a public relations executive for 10 years.
Nine years ago her job brought her to Bahrain, where she has remained as a director of Vision Communications Ltd.
She has written on a wide variety of topics ranging from medicine to banking and in the course of her work has enjoyed travelling throughout the Middle East.
Tanya and her husband have two daughters aged 12 and four.
